Every piece is made to order, and we print in batches. When a batch period closes, everything ordered in that window goes to our print shop on Vancouver Island together. Your piece is printed, cured, quality-checked, and then ready for pickup or shipping. Batching keeps waste near zero and lets us offer 67 colors without holding stock. The very first batch closes Sunday, November 8, 2026 at midnight, so order before then to be in the first run. After that, batches close about every two weeks, announced on Instagram.

Each design needs at least 20 pieces per batch to make the screen printing economical. If a design has not reached 20 by the batch close date, those orders roll into the next batch automatically. You will never be charged for a batch that cannot run; if you would rather cancel and refund instead of waiting, just reply to your confirmation email.

Plan on 2 to 4 weeks from the batch close date: roughly a week of production plus delivery. Studio pickup on Gabriola is free and we will email you when your order is ready. Canada Post mail-out is a flat $15 anywhere in Canada, with tracking. International airmail is a flat $25 worldwide; Canadian sales tax is not charged on international orders, but your country may collect import duties on delivery, and those are the receiver's responsibility.

By Interac e-Transfer to the address shown at checkout (auto-deposit is on, so no security question needed; put your name in the memo). When you confirm your order, a copy is emailed to the studio automatically. Credit and debit card checkout is coming soon. We start your piece once payment arrives.

Ten: white, black, royal blue, red, kelly green, pink, orange, purple, teal, and yellow, on both the big back graphic and the front chest badge. White and yellow ink are unavailable on light-colored garments, and no ink can match the garment color itself (red on red, orange on orange), because those prints would be nearly invisible. The customizer simply will not allow those combinations. Black and white ink are included in the listed price; colored inks add $2.00 per piece to cover the printer's special-mix cost, and the price updates automatically when you choose one.

Adult garments run XS to 3XL and kids pieces run XS to XL (the customizer only shows sizes that exist for each garment). The tees are Gildan Softstyle, a ringspun cotton with a retail fit that runs true to size; hoodies are a cozy standard fit. Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed feel.

Wash cold, inside out, with like colors; tumble dry low or hang dry; no ironing directly on the print. Screen-printed water-based and plastisol prints soften after the first wash and hold up for years when treated kindly.

Because every item is custom-made in the color, graphic, ink, and size you chose, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for fit or change of heart. If your piece arrives with a misprint, wrong item, or defect, tell us within 14 days and we will reprint it or refund you, your choice.

The Mystical Deer, Cosmic Mushroom, and Sacred Turkey emblems are built on original hand-drawn art by Gabriola artist Hayden Harvey, commissioned by Alma Yoga and printed locally with her permission.
